Shipping Policy

Payments 1) Our website is currently accessible to both domestic and international customers. 2) Indian customers can complete payments using UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or NetBanking at checkout. And International customers can make payments via Bank Transfer. 3) At present, international payments are accepted only through Bank Transfer in Indian Rupees to our Indian bank account. Shipping policy 1) We aim to dispatch all orders within 4-7 business days after payment is successfully processed. 2) All domestic orders will only be processed through our official website, Instagram, or WhatsApp. 3) Shipping fees within India: INR 60 for South India and INR 80 for other regions of India. For Lakshadweep and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, the shipping charge is INR 150. Shipping terms (Within India) 1) Delivery Time Estimates (Calculated from the day after shipping) * Metro Areas (ROI): 4 to 7 working days * Remote Locations: 6 to 8 working days 2) Courier Delays: We are not responsible for any unexpected delays caused by the courier company. However, we will track the parcel to ensure it reaches you. 3) Tracking: Customers are encouraged to track their parcels until delivery. 4) Delivery Availability: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. 5) Non-Residential Addresses: For deliveries to offices, hotels, or other non-residential addresses, customers are responsible for coordinating with the respective courier collection point. If there are any issues collecting the parcel, we will assist where possible. 6) Collection Points: Be aware of any courier collection points at your delivery address (e.g., hostels, gated communities, offices, hotels). 7) Important Note: Under normal circumstances, delivery executives will not call before delivery. They will attempt delivery 1-3 times. If the recipient is unavailable after all delivery attempts, the parcel will be held at the nearest delivery hub. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the hub for delivery. If no contact is made, the parcel will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges to the correct address. 8) Ensure that the delivery address is complete, including the correct PIN code and STATE for accurate delivery. 9) Returned Parcels: If the parcel is returned due to non-availability or non-reachability, standard shipping charges will apply for reshipping. 10) Delivery Issues: For any delivery-related concerns, customers can reach us at Contact srivika2025@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 9995699127. Please include the full delivery address and order ID when reporting the issue. 11) Delayed Delivery Requests: If you require a specific delayed delivery date, please mention this in the "Notes" section when placing your order. Shipping terms (international) 1) Paid orders will be processed within 4 to 7 business days. 2) Any extra shipping fees will be communicated to the customer prior to dispatch and must be covered by the customer. 3) The estimated delivery date is provided as a guideline, and we recommend customers inquire about a tentative delivery time when placing the order. 4) we are not accountable for any delays that may occur due to holidays or other external factors during shipment. Please note that the delivery date is only an estimate and may change depending on external conditions. 5) We only charge for the shipping service. Any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. If the courier company charges an extra fee for delivering to remote areas, the customer will need to cover these additional costs. 6) Customers must handle all follow-up communication with the courier regarding their parcel. While we will provide assistance if needed, the primary responsibility lies with the customer. 7) The courier’s booking and delivery decisions are final. In the event of rejection or issues with delivery, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 8) In case of damage during transit: While we take every precaution to ensure secure packaging, in rare instances of damage, a refund for the damaged product will be issued. However, shipping charges are non-refundable. For items weighing 500g, we require an additional packing weight of 150g to 190g. For 1kg items, the packing weight will range between 250g and 300g to ensure safe delivery.
